Aakran Dhanurasan

Action:

Stretch sitting with right foot straight on the earth. Hold the right toe with your left hand. After that, spread the right hand from under your left hand, hold the left toe, pull it to the right ear and sit upright.Stay in this posture for 1 or 2 minutes. Come back to normal later.

Now do this asana by spreading the left foot first. Hold the left power thumb as mentioned above and pull it to the left ear. That is, reverse with the first posture. Thus, do it 3-4 times together.

Usage:

With this asana, the veins and glands of the hands and feet are strengthened and the body parts are strengthened. The defects of the feet and hand bones of young children are overcome by this asana. By practicing this, the liver becomes strong and increases appetite. This asana helps a lot in removing arthritis of hands and feet.
