Ardh Kormasan


Sit in Vajrasana. Move the hands up and mix the palms together. Tilt the upper part of the waist towards the front so that the head starts touching the ground. Keep breathing slowly. Similarly, for a few seconds remain without breathing. Exhale the body while breathing. Do this 5-6 times.


It increases appetite, makes the veins and glands strong, removes abdominal fat and increases strength.
