Ardmatsyendrasana

Ardhamatsyandrasana can be called a specific part or part of Matsyendrasana. The method of this asana is that first of all, you should sit with your legs spread towards the front. The right leg should be kept straight out of the left knee on the ground. Turn the left leg to the right, the heel should remain near the right hip. Place the left hand on the outside of the right foot and hold the right foot or ankle. The right knee should be close to the left arm. Keep the right hand in the back, the body should bend to the right, try to bend the cervix and back as much as possible.

After staying in this posture for some time, the seeker should come to the previous position.In the practice of this asana, the method of laxative Pranayama bending the waist should be exhaled and when the posture is done, take deep breaths and fill the inhalation with the complementary method. While coming to the first position, the breath should be exhaled through a laxative. This asana is of great importance, at least one should practice it daily. While practicing this asana, the seeker should focus his attention on the command cycle.In the beginning of practice, if there is stiffness in the body and it is not possible to do asana, the practitioner should not bend the legs and keep it near the buttock. That leg should be kept straight. When there is flexibility in the body, it is easy to practice Ardhamatsyandrasana in the same method.

With the practice of Ardhamatsyandrasana, there is a smooth massage of the muscles of the back, adequate power comes in the nerves and the spinal cord becomes flexible. It ends indigestion complaints, feels good appetite and digests food. It makes the kidney active and reduces the incidence of diabetes. This Ardhamatsyandrasana regulates the action of sub-glands by regulating the activity of its secretions.This removes the anorexia.Through this asana there is amazing power-communication transfer in many pulse which located in the back. In this way, power and energy flow in the veins of the whole body and in the pulse related to the brain. Both body and mind remain diseases free from this asana.
