The practitioner of Eka Padasana should first stand upright with both feet around. The fingers of both hands should be connected to each other and raised above the head. Slowly bowing forward should try as much as possible to bring the waist, head and both hands together. After that, slowly raise the left leg, bring the left heel, buttocks, back, head and both hands together.
The same exercise can be done with the other leg as well. The breath should be pulled in while raising the hands. The breath should be exhaled while bending in front.
