Gorakshasana

जानवोरन्तरे पादौ उत्तानाव्यक्तसंस्थितौ।.

कण्ठसंकोचनं कृत्वा गोरक्षासनमित्याहुर्योगिनां

गुल्फो चाच्छाद्य हस्ताम्यामुत्तानाम्यां प्रयत्नतः॥

नासाग्रमवलोकयेत्। सिद्धिकारणम्॥

The mind remains stable and focused and the senses are restrained. Kundalini superpower awakens. Semen is athletic. Diseases occurring in the glands, wings, arms, heart and upper body are destroyed. The thigh, calf, leg, suture and testicles remain impeccable. The diseases and pain of the room disappear. The importance of this tree tree in yoga practice is extraordinary.
