Sahaj Pranayama

Not all pranayamas described in the compound literature are for the patient. We have mentioned here by modifying Kubhak Pranayama as Sahaja Pranayama and Yatra Pranayama. We have not included the act of stopping breathing for the use of patients. ‘Kapalbhati’ and ‘Suryabheda’ mentioned in the episode of Hatha Yoga are distinctions of Pranayama – the methods of Pranayama written in this book. Sahaja Pranayama and Yatra Pranayama are very useful for the cure of disease. The most important thing is that even if there is some mistake in practice, then there can be no harm. Therefore these methods are the most fearless and can be practiced easily. Twenty types of Rajayakshama, pneumonia, influenza, breathing and phlegm, cough etc. are removed by the practice of mere pranayama. Hundreds of patients have been seen examining them all.

(A) Lie on your back. The heels should be mixed. Keep both hands next to you. Slowly inhale, raise your hands and place it next to the head. Then, exhaling, bring the hands back to your side. Keep doing this activity for one minute.

(B) Lying down, keeping your hands next to your right leg, lift it straight above the ground. Inhale at this time. Breathing out, put the feet back on the floor. Perform the same action with the left leg. Repeat this action for one minute. Then take a rest.Usage: In general, heart and respirator are strengthened by this action and paralysis of hands and feet stops. There is also resistance to phlegm and cough.

Sit in a meditation posture or stand upright. Inhale according to the capacity of the respirator. Slowly keep breathing at a speed through the mouth for 2-3 minutes.

Usage: By this action, all the defects of the respiratory system are removed. Even the germs of Rajayakshma are destroyed. It helps in removing diseases of stomach and liver. By its practice, the blood of children is purified and their diseases like itching are removed.

Sit in a meditation posture or sit directly on the chair. Breathe through your nose. Press the chin from the neck and lower the mouth to exhale. Breathing slowly, bring the mouth back to the previous position. Thus, practice for 2-3 minutes. It should take longer than breathing to exhale at the time of practice.

Uses: It cures cough and phlegm. The body has the strength to resist severe diseases like typhoid, pneumonia etc.

Sit in meditation posture and exhale so that the stomach becomes empty. Stretch the navel inward without creating any tension in your abdominal veins. As long as you can stop breathing, stay in this position and then reduce the stress while inhaling. Repeat this action for 2-3 minutes.
Usage: The practice of this pranayama will remove indigestion, increase appetite; The excess fat collected on the stomach will decrease, the muscles and muscles of the abdominal portion will get strength. The testes of men and the ovaries of women get new life. The practice of this pranayama helps in the vertical movement of semen.

Lie on your back and leave the body loose. Mix the fingers of both hands and place them on the navel. Breathe in deeply through the nose thinking that with this breath, biographical power is reaching your navel region with air. After inhaling completely, slowly exhale, thinking that with the breath, the energy gathered in the navel region is flowing in the muscles, nerves and muscles and other components of your entire organs, making your body powerful. She is also destroying germs or other substances that harm the body. Thinking this way, do this action for 3 to 4 minutes.

Uses: In this practice all the qualities of Pranayama are present. Apart from these, this practice increases ‘will power’.
