Shashankasana

Action: Sit in the posture of Vajrasana. Hold your hands with both your hands. Now lift your buttocks in such a way that your knees start touching the ground and place the head just in front of the knees. You keep exhaling slowly till you act here. While turning the body, keep the hands straight. Stay in this position for 5 to 10 seconds. Keep breathing closed. Now inhaling slowly, lift your body and come back to the state of Vajrasana. This asana can be practiced 4-5 times.

Usage: By practicing this asana, the muscles and muscles of the spine, nabh and ego glands (like thyroid, pituitary and rhythm glands, etc.) are strengthened and awaken the appetite. Those who are unable to practice headstand should practice this asana. There will be partial benefit.
