TYPES OF YOGA

THERE ARE SO MANY TYPES OF YOGA

1.HATHA YOGA

In hatha yoga the meaning of hath is -The sum of H and TH means the unity of sun and the moon.Here hakara means sun and macar means-moon. This means that the unity of the south vowels flowing in the pingala narya in the form of the sun and the left vowels flowing in the moon in the form of the moon as a result ,is called parity. Hatha yoga is the practice through which the soul communicates in the dream,in the equilibrium of the sun and the moon ,that is in the equinox.

There are 7 parts of this Hatha yoga- 

1.Shatkarma

2.Asana

3. Mudra

4.Pratyahara

5.Pranayama,

6.Meditation

7.Samadhi

Shatkarma in the first Palace is a process of Hata yoga through which The Spiritual purification of the body before the seeker Enter The Yoga path Adopts, the seeker get help in the practice of the upcoming process of yoga .HetKarma  is absolutely necessary for such people, who have a lot of floor and mucus. as it is clear from the the connotation, this 6 act contain 6 deeds. there are – Dhoti, vasti, Neti, Nauli, Trataka,and kapalbhati. 

2.RAJ YOGA

Raj Yoga is the genre of  yoga  in which the Yogi tries to conquer the soul by subduing  his mind.

 There are are eight parts part yoga in Rajyog 

1.Yama

2.Niyam

3.Asana

4.Pranayama

5.pratyahara

6.dharna

7.meditation and

8.Samadhi.

For human beings, mind is the binding form. Freedom from this bond requires the the corporation of the intellect. Thus the picture instinct by thoughts. the act of prevention is is Raj Yoga .Raj Yoga describes 8 organs for purification of body senses and mind as u seen above.

3.KARMAYOGA

No person can live without doing Karma. Therefore the obvious question arises as to how to do and not to do Karma? the main think behind this should be remembered that Karma can never hope to yield fruit should not be done by taking and wishing. Karma Yoga is the only way to act without attachment in a resultless action. the Karmayogi should do what ever did he does without any fruitful Desire and surrender it to God by doing that deeds and maintain mental balance. there is a very beautiful inspiration of Karma Yoga in the Gita. In fact, to be a witness to the the doer and Karma is a Karma Yoga.

4.KUNDALINI YOGA

Hatha yoga and ancient texts have said great glory of Kundalini Shakti. According to Kundalini yoga there are seven chakras in the body. they are mulled With muladhara in the anus,Abedachakra  in the the vishuddhi bhrkuti  in the kanthakupa  and Shiva element located in Sahastara  in kapalarandhra(brahmasadha). Kundalini yoga is the complete Union of Shiva and Shakti.

5.MANTRA YOGA

The common meaning of Mantra yoga  is –  Mannat triyate iti matra. the mantra is to trap(transcend) the mind. Mantra yoga is related to the mind, the mind can be defined in this way,  Manan iti manah. the mind that contemplates is the mind. Mantra yoga is to curb the agility of the mind through Mantra Mantra produce sound waves, Mantra affects  both body and mind. in Mantra,  the seeker uses chanting. the three components are more important than chanting. There are the four pronunciation, rhythm and   the correct ratio of the three increases the mantra strength.

 the theory of yoga is that the world is is Nominal. if the name and form gets entangled in biology, then the name and forms can also be free from acceptance.
