Vaman dhauti


5-6 glasses of ordinary hot water. Perform vomit by inserting your 3 big fingers around your neck. Repeat this action until the entire water in the stomach is released by vomiting. People who do not vomit with the help of fingers, add a little salt in hot water. But do not use salt for daily practice.

Usage of  Vaman dhauti :

By the practice of this yoga, other harmful substances like phlegm, acid, bile or germs collected in the stomach are released from the vomit. Therefore, indigestion, acidity diseases etc are cure about this yoga and the body is always healthy.
